Building on from our previous Speed/ Agility and 1v1 training program, the focus during the 6 week session will be on transition play working in 2v1 and 3v2 situations to goal. Players will be coached on their decision making on both offensive and defensive sides of the ball. The sessions will build into small sided games and positional play with a general speed of play focus.Training Sessions will be run by Mick Smith, Owner and Director of Far Post Soccer.
