What Is Match Analysis?
Match analysis is the process of examining a player’s actions and decisions during a game. Individual player match analysis is essential for developing self-awareness and understanding when, where, and how to improve.
Through this program with Mick Smith, players learn how to evaluate their own performances while gaining a deeper understanding of their role within the team.
Players will review their game footage with the coach, identify key moments, and create individual clips to study specific areas of their performance.
Key Areas of Analysis
1. Decision-Making
Understanding the decisions made during the game and identifying opportunities to make better choices.
2. Positional Play
Understanding where to be, when to move, and how positioning affects the team.
