Touch, Awareness and Team Play
Monday: The Individual
Developing individual skills, encouraging players to take risks with an offensive mindset, through a series of 1v1 exercises and challenges. FPS coaches will create a fun and competitive environment that will act as the foundation for the week.
Tuesday: Vision and Awareness
Game intelligence is a factor often overlooked in soccer. Improving player vision and awareness before receiving the ball will help players see and think quicker.
Wednesday: Defending
Defensive training will address the correct body shape, footwork and positioning associated with good defending. Players will be challenged and coached to read the attack and to capitalize on offensive uncertainty.
Thursday: Small Sided Games
Combining attacking skills, decision-making and organized defending. Players get to test there overall game in a series of small sided games.
